About the Author

I grew up in a cozy seaside town called Skerries, North County Dublin, Ireland. I always had an insatiable passion for art and storytelling, which led me to study animation at degree level. After graduating, I spent over ten years working in the animation industry, contributing to productions including The Cuphead Show, Danger Mouse, Rescue Bots Academy, and Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz.

Alongside my work in animation, I developed my own fantasy world, the 'Tír na nÓg Chronicles' series, in my spare time. This long-term project eventually led me to step away from studio work and focus on writing and self-publishing my own novels.

Through Tir na nÓg Chronicles I aim to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Ireland, with mythology-inspired fantasy, drawing in particular from Irish folklore ☘️
